Two Saturday's a month

Zen invites you to turn toward whatever shows up in your life. In this way, you become intimate with the life and the relationships you have. 

We work with Koans, Poems, and whatever life provides for us in the moment.

In the mornings we meditate together and I share a poem and we share the four vows. On Saturdays we meditate together, share in conversation, receive a dharma talk and conclude with sharing of the vows.
